**Job Summary:**

We are seeking motivated Sales Associates to join our team at Store 02. As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide fast and friendly customer service. In addition to your great personality and customer service skills, you will be responsible for managing and stocking shelves, operating cash registers, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store, inside and out. By doing a good job each day, you will help us support our mission to provide excellence to our customers, our company, and each of our stores.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Basic math and computer skills

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers and provide assistance in product selection
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed in an organized manner
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, both inside and outside
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales and customer service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and goals
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
